About Aarron
Aarron has over 25 years in marketing, and a little less in applied technology. Through his work in human factors, and then risk, he first entered the teaching ranks for the Institute of Company Directors in New Zealand in 2010, lecturing on enterprise risk governance. Later leading strategy for a global digital product design company, then two major marketing technology vendors, founding a human centred design agency, as well as maintaining his own customer science practice since 2015, it’s fair to say he knows what he’s talking about and has addressed audiences across 5 continents.
With an academic career that takes in the performing arts, marketing, consumer psychology, and futures-based strategy development, Aarron is recognized as a foremost mind in customer science and noted for his signature approach: measuring the intersection of established management method, complex economics, and scientific precedent to confirm and systemize, or disrupt, for effect. Endorsed by leading marketers, business leaders, and academics, his book ‘The Customering Method - From CX Dogma to Customer Science’ will be released by Routledge & CRC Press in November 2024.
