Corporate Client Terms 
‍Payment or a completed Purchase Order must be supplied before the learner attends the course. Certificates: Available within 10 working days following the course. Priority certificates are available on request. For one-off team training, a fee equivalent to 20% of the total contract price is charged upon confirmation of contract.  The balance is invoiced on the first day of the course. For subscription (multi-year) programs, all training is invoiced at the allocated value per intake.Students may defer into another intake where circumstances demand, but this must not exceed 10% of the contracted learners for each intake. Certificates will not be issued until payment has been received. Quote acceptance acknowledges the above terms. Any variation to these terms and other provisions are to be agreed in writing.

Public Course Terms
‍We reserve the right to modify public course dates as may be required from time to time. All public courses must be paid in full by course commencement. We do not accept cancellation of course bookings however if a student needs to defer their start to another intake, we allow for that up to one year after original booking. Certificates won’t be issued unless payment is made.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website. We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted and we do not guarantee the security or privacy of any information transmitted through the Website.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
