The Mini MBA in Customering accepts managers and marketers of all levels of prior training.
The Mini MBA in Customer Technology suits anyone with at least 3 years’ experience in a technology role.
Students will need to commit between 3 and 5 hours per week for the duration of the course.
You will have much better learning experience if you learn at same pace as your peers but if you have to start late, or if you get sick, need to look after the kids, take a holiday, or something else, that’s all okay - you can catch during the program. So long as you have completed all of the modules and required reading by the end of the course period, you’ll be ready to graduate with your class!
Of course! You’ll have studied at MBA level and you’ll be able to prove it. This will also confirm your eligibility for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
