This course is a solid 10/10 for anyone in the world of product, marketing, or CX.

DUMMY
Answer
What are the prerequisites?
None!
While designed for mid to senior leaders, and those who aspire to be one, the Mini MBA in Customering accepts managers, marketers, CXers, and other practitioners of all levels of prior training.
What is the time commitment?
The course goes for twelve weeks, and students will need to commit between 3 and 4 hours per week for each of the 10 modules, and the exam week.
After Module 6, you get a week off too, so there's a lot of wriggle room built in.
How flexible is 'flexible'?
Very! If you have to start late, or if you get sick, need to look after the kids, take a holiday, or something else, that's all okay, you can catch up during the program. We build in a week's break as well, which adds to the flexibility.
That said, students get the most value if they set their week up well and learn at the pace of the class. They'll typically watch the lecture on the Monday it's released and take the rest of the week to do the readings at their leisure, many of which are audio or video.
But where you need the flexibility, you have it.
Do you provide a certificate of completion?
Of course! You'll have studied at MBA level and you'll be able to prove it.
This will also confirm your eligibility for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, and you'll have a perpetual electronic record of your credential.
What does CPD accreditation mean?
This is Continuing Professional Development, sometimes referred to as Continuing Professional Education (CPE) in the United States.
The Mini MBA in Customering is accredited by the UK body, and is recognised in over 50 countries.
What does 'MBA-level' mean?
Field Bell Institute has satisfied the CPD Group that the program is delivered at MBA level, or above, via independent academic attestation of its core text and review of the learning materials.
Any organisation that markets a program at that level, without satisfying this standard, would be struck off the register.
How is this different from other CX, customer experience, association, or digital certifications?
The Mini MBA in Customering does not follow the philosophy or ideologies formed in any specific group within the field.
Instead, it removes the labels and teaches the independent evidentiary basis, the scientific discoveries and customer economic foundations, for effective management across the triune of marketing, customer, and technology.
It is uninfluenced by technology interests or other parties present in most industry certifications.
Do you cover the impact of AI on managing the customer base?
Yes!
First we teach the fundamentals - the anatomy of a customer base itself - and then as part of managing it, we cover the application of technology.
This includes the principles of complex customer decisioning (which is based on AI), and wider guidance on how to approach AI in general.
We keep all technologies in their rightful place. Tool, not master.
Do you offer group or team enrollment for organisations?
Yes!
We are built for team training, with colleagues able to join the virtual classroom from anywhere in the world.
To discuss options please visit Team Training or email us for more info about our corporate offerings.
What course materials do I get to keep after graduation?
Everything.
Every slide that Aarron teaches, along with every citation, quote and case study, and the material from the entire reading program, are yours to keep forever.
How many CPD points does the course provide, and how do I claim them?
You receive 38 CPD points. This is confirmed on issuance of your graduation certificate via a unique secure URL and a UUID-based ID.
You can supply this link to an employer, who can instantly verify the credential's authenticity. It includes full details of the course program and points allocation.
You can also verify the credential and your points, along with any other points you've earned elsewhere, using the central CPD Register.
Let's Do This!
Twelve fun weeks. Robust theory, applied magic, and a shared experience with classmates from all over the planet.
